THE REMUNERATION

The people do not work for free, each employee interested in investing work, dedication and personal effort, knowledge and skills, if you receive adequate compensation.

Is the compensation that one receives in exchange for the work or services performed.

Typically, this consists of monetary rewards, also referred to as wage or salary. A number of complementary benefits, however, are increasingly popular remuneration mechanisms. Remuneration is one component of reward management.

Usually in a company, detailed in payroll  the sum of all financial records of salaries for an employee, wages, bonuses and deductions. In accounting, payroll refers to the amount paid to employees for services they provided during a certain period of time. Payroll plays a major role in a company for several reasons.
